We are a young start-up from Darmstadt consisting of active and former students who love to implement creative event concepts.
During our studies we always went to the same local pub. One evening Flo had the suggestion to explore other bars. As the motivation of the rest of the group was rather low, he promised us a reward if we manage to have a drink in every bar on his planned tour.
We had an extremely funny evening and got the first Bar Bachelor certificate from Flo in the last pub. Back then it was scrawled on a serviette. The idea for the Bar Bachelor was born!
We are now organizing the event in over 20 cities in Germany and Austria. Our goal with the event is to network the students better again and to show them new, cool bars in their city.

- questionsWhat is the Bar Bachelor?The Bar Bachelor is a 10 bar crawl. The special thing about it: You don't walk from bar to bar in a large group, but everyone can explore the bars at their own pace with the help of the Bar Bachelor Event App. In each bar, a course achievement must be completed (drink 1 drink). At the end, all participants meet for the presentation of certificates and graduation party in the graduation location.When does the bar bachelor start?Matriculation (check-in) is between 18 p.m. and 20 p.m. in the Startbar.How long does the Bar Bachelor last?Check-in is between 18-20pm. Certificates are issued between 00:23 p.m. and 00:1 a.m. So you have 00-3 hours for the bar tour. Afterwards, the graduation ceremony will take place until the early hours of the morning.Where does the Bar Bachelor start?he Bar Bachelor starts in the Startbar. You can find this at the top of the event page and on your ticket.How much does the bar bachelor cost?The Bar Bachelor costs €7,50. The ticket includes drink discounts in every bar, a high-quality event mug, use of the event app, entry to the graduation party and of course the bar bachelor certificate. A graduate hat can also be booked with the dean ticket.What is the difference between the Basic Ticket and the Dean Ticket?The dean ticket also includes an American-style graduation hat, which you will receive when you receive your certificate. You'll be the eye-catcher at the graduation party!Where can I download the Bar Bachelor Event App?You can easily download the event app from the IOS & Android App Store. Just search for "Bar Bachelor App". At check-in you scan a QR code. This starts your bar tour.

Didn't receive an email with a ticket? Then check your spam folder first. Can't you find it there? Then write to us by email [email protected] and we will send you the ticket again.I want to do my Bar Master/Doctor/Professor. What proof do I have to show you for this?In order to complete a higher degree, you must have passed the previous degree. The bar transactions you have made so far are displayed in our event app. You can show this to us at check-in.
Did you graduate before we started the app or have you forgotten your access data? Then you can also show us a picture of your certificate.Unfortunately, I cannot be at the event. What are your cancellation conditions?We have the following cancellation conditions:
If a ticket/booking is canceled by the contractual partner (written cancellation), the organizer (BeerBaller GmbH) is entitled to charge a percentage of the total booking amount according to the following scale:
(a) If canceled up to 2 weeks before the event date: 25%;
(b) If canceled up to 1 week before the event date: 100%
However, the ticket/booking can be transferred to another person free of charge up to 2 days before the event date or the ticket/booking can be rebooked to an equivalent event.

Is there a box office?If the event is not sold out, there is still a box office at each event. This takes place during check-in from 18 p.m. to 20 p.m. Tickets at the box office cost €00 (instead of €10 in presale).I lost my Bar Bachelor certificate. Is it possible to get another one later?If you have lost your Bar Bachelor certificate, we can send it to you again free of charge. We only charge you 2€ for postage. What can I do?We have a feature that allows your friends to collect credits for you and transfer them to you. If he orders two drinks in a bar and scans the respective QR codes, a "+1" is displayed. He can then share this extra study achievement with your profile name or pick up your certificate when the certificate is issued.Why isn't there a Bar Bachelor in my city yet?We do everything we can to make the Bar Bachelor possible for as many students as possible and to offer it in as many cities as possible.
