How long does the delivery take?
Delivery takes about 4-6 weeks.

I absolutely need the table for an event in 4 weeks. Can you prioritize my table?
After ordering, contact our customer service (you can find contact details below) with your desired delivery date and we will set it up for you.

I already have a design. Can I send this to you directly?
Please use the Design Editor anyway. You can upload your design under "Images". This allows us to export the design in the correct design and avoids errors with the format or dimensions.

I prefer to create my design in Photoshop. What are the correct measurements?
The dimensions are 9400x2360 pixels or 4x 2360x2360 pixels
You can then upload your design in the design editor (preferably as a JPG)

What should I pay attention to when designing?
- Place motifs at least 2cm away from the edge
- For graphics, make sure that the resolution is high enough
- Use our guide in the designer to place the racks

What exactly does print data control include?
If you book the print data control, our designer will check your design closely. He looks specifically for errors in the design and whether the resolution is high enough.

What happens if I do not book a print data control?
If you do not book a print data control, the submitted design goes straight to the press. Please make sure that there are no errors in the design, the resolution of the graphics used is high enough and your motifs are 2cm away from the edge.

What are your delivery costs within Germany?
Shipping within Germany is completely free (no minimum purchase value).

What are your delivery costs outside of Germany?
Outside of Germany, a small shipping fee will be added depending on the country. Here we pass on the additional costs from our logistics partner 1:1.
