Party with your own family
Yes, yes, at first it sounds lame. But your parents were once young and wild, too, as I'm sure they tell you often enough. Now you have the chance to prove just that! (Of course it should only be people from your household. Please leave grandma and grandpa out!) If you don't see your family members as the best opponents in beer pong and your little brother always gets drunk too quickly, then we have other alternatives to you.
1 against 1
You only need one other player for this. Whether partner, roommate, buddy or sister, you can safely play at home with another player. So that the relationship doesn't get boring, you can simply surprise your partner with a beer pong date. This is how the balance of power in the partnership is clarified. But it can also be exciting with siblings. Just play for the next dishwashing. Maybe your little brother will be going to university soon and needs to be properly prepared. You can be merciful and share your experiences. If you don't have any siblings, you can show your parents what you learned during your studies. Speaking of learning, home is the perfect time to hone your trick shot skills! Social Distancing Beer Pong
Do you have friends you can't possibly live without for a month? Then you can play Beer Pong with them via Video Call! Maintaining your social contacts is important during the pandemic! Either 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 if everyone takes a teammate to their side. You both set up a table and both set up 10 cups in a pyramid shape. Position your camera so your opponents can see you and the table. Simply use the most practical video call platform for you. It is thrown alternately. You wait and see what your opponent throws. If the opponent has hit, he and you put the corresponding cup away from your tables! So you can play with each other "normally" and keep in touch! You can also participate in a social distancing tournament! You need a team partner for this. Preferably with someone from your household, a close friend or your partner. If your team is set up, you can register here. If you still need some inspiration for your team name, then we highly recommend our blog with the best team names. Familiarize yourself with the BeerBaller Beer Pong rules: To ensure that everything is fair, everyone plays by the same rules. Then you have to set up your setting for the tournament. When the time comes, set up your beer pong table. A normal table is of course also possible. This should have a length of about 2,44m and a height of about 70cm. If your table is too short, you might be able to add another one. You also need 20 cups of your choice (10 per side), two table tennis balls, laptop, mobile phone etc. for video transmission and very important: a stable internet connection!
Social Distancing Tournament Procedure
Now you should be well prepared. For the game you fill the cups. The other side is also set up! Before the game, place the laptop or mobile phone in such a way that both you and the entire table can be seen in the video call. Now check the internet connection one last time. Then it's time to warm up, take photos and wait for the game to start! To start the game, you need to call your opponent team via Zoom. In four preliminary rounds it will be decided who will advance and who will be eliminated. A winning team is then created by single KO. Don't forget to document your successes on Instagram and tag us! So nothing can go wrong at the next social distancing tournament. So grab your cell phones and let your buddies know. Be sure to play a few rounds at home
Beer Pong alone
If you live alone and are bored to death, use the time to practice trick shots. If that doesn't help against boredom either, you can also play against yourself. Finally a worthy opponent. To do this, attach cups to your body and try to hit the cups by bouncing against a wall (e.g. on the bathroom mirror). Do you have any other ideas on how to play beer pong during quarantine?
